Filimonov Volodymyr Serhiiovych (born 24.10.1947), Kirovohrad – member of Ukrainian heraldry society (2009), laureate of the Regional Award in the sphere of architecture, heraldry and vexillology and decorative and applied art named after Yakov Pauchenko in the nomination heraldry and vexillology (2010), decorator-artist of utility company "Dovira" of Kirovohrad District Council, studied at Moscow Extramural University of Fine Arts (1968-1970) – for creation of a project of symbols of the village of Krupske, Kirovohrad district. Harbuzenko Larysa Volodymyrivna (born 03.01.1966), Kirovohrad – member of the National Union of folk art artists of Ukraine (2012), senior lecturer of choreographic disciplines, fine art and design subdepartment of the Art Department of Kirovohrad State Pedagogical University named after V.Vynnychenko, graduated from Odessa State Pedagogical Institute named after K.Ushinski (now South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky), specialization “drawing, fine art and crafts” (1988), postgraduate course of Cherkasy National University named after Bohdan Khmelnytski (1999) – for works in art techniques of decorative painting, vytynanka, nabiika (calkin) and batik, which reflect historical traditions of Ukrainian folk painting and introduce elements of wall ornamentation of Kirovohrad region in modern decorative and applied art.
