Alla Vladyslavivna Pyrogova (born 02.12.1962), Kirovograd – a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, a chief architect of for her project Co.Ltd "Modern", a laureate of the Regional Award in the sphere of architecture, heraldy and veksilology and decorative and applied art named after Yakov Pauchenko in nomination “architecture” (2012), graduated from Makiivka Institute of Civil Engineering, now Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Archotecture, majoring in “architecture” (1988) – for the project “Construction of supermarket (multifunctional complex) near the crossroads of A.Tarkovski and Shevchenko Streets in Kirovograd”.

Oleg Serhiyovych Koluka (born 15.09.1980), Kirovograd – a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, head of the Legal Department of Kirovograd town council, graduated from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, majoring in “jurisprudence” (2003) - for the creation of the projects of symbols of the village Subotsi and Moshoryne, Znamyanka district, Kirovograd region.

In nomination “decorative and applied arts”

Olga Volodymyrivna Kolomiets (born 24.11.1964), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine and of the National Union of masters of folk art of Ukraine, graduated with honours from Ivanivs’k Textile Institute named after M.Frunze (Russia), majoring in “decoration and modeling of textile and light industry products” (1991) - for creative works in embroidering with beads and embroidery techniques.
