Olena Vasylivna Grudachova (born 08.04.1964), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, chief specialist-architect of OJSC “Design and research institute “Kirovogradagroproekt”, received first award in the regional closed competition on the best proposition of the organization of the building and beautification of the territories adjoining to Kirovograd Academic Regional Ukrainian Theatre of Music and Drama named after M.Kropyvnytski on Dvortsova Street in Kirovograd (2012), graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Civil Engineering, now Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in “architecture” (1986) – for the development of the architectural project of a civic building “Kirovograd branch of private joint stock company “Alfa-Bank”, Lenin (Dvortsova) Str. 46-a, Kirovograd.

In nomination “decorative and applied arts”

Sergiy Mykolayovych Firsov (born 19.02.1971), Kirovograd - a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1994), artist of decorative and applied art (ceramics), graduated from Odessa State Art College named after M.Grekov (1990) – for the designing and realization of new forms in ceramic plastic art.
