Vasyl Viktorovych Biloshapka (born 25.08.1959), urban village Oleksandrivka, Kirovograd region - a member of Ukrainian Heraldic Society, chief funds keeper of Oleksandrivka district local history museum, graduated from Voroshylovgrad State Pedagogical Institute named after T.Shevchenko, now Taras Shevchenko National University of Lugansk, Department of nature and geography (1982) – for the creation of the projects of symbols of Oleksandrivka district, the village of Oleksandrivka and Trylisy, Oleksandrivka district.
