Nadezhdin Andriy Myhailovych (19.06.1963 – 19.10.2022), Kirovograd – Honoured painter of Ukraine (2013), a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1990), painter, art historian, Laureate of Regional Award in fine arts and study of art named after Alexander Osmerkin in nomination "modern tendencies" (2008), a leading research officer in O.O.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum, graduated from E.Vuchetich Dnepropetrovsk State School of Arts (1986), the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture of Ukraine, History and Theory of Fine Art Department (2004) – for investigations in the history of art of recent years.
