Expression of colour of Sergiy Shapovalov

   A personal exhibition of famous Ukrainian artist Honoured painter of Ukraine S.Shapovalov was opened on May 15, 2014 in A.A.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum. The exhibition was opened within the framework of initiated by the museum art project “Laureates of Regional Alexander Osmerkin Award in fine arts and study of art”. During the exhibition a catalogue “Expression of colour of Sergiy Shapovalov” was presented.
   A meeting with S.Shapovalov’s works always elevates the soul filling it with beautiful feelings, positive emotions and bright thoughts. But current event became festive not only for the worshipers of the painter but for S.Shapovalov himself. The artist was congratulated on his birthday, a lot of flowers were presented and a lot of sincere, kind words were said. A nice surprise was a peerless performance of talented pupils from Kirovograd children’s music school ¹1 named after H.Neihaus who amazed the artists and the audience.
   No one was left indifferent to the exhibition, guests admired paintings and Sergyi Shapovalov gave autographs and gladly spoke with everyone who was interested in the paintings.
