On January 30, 2013 a concert “Young composers – spring of creation” and an opening of an exhibition of works by pupils of Kirovograd children’s art school named after A.A.Osmerkin took place in A.A.Osmerkin Art-Memorial Museum. The events were held within the framework of regional festival of Ukrainian academic music “Classik-proekt” dedicated to the memory of a famous composer Yuliy Meitus.
   Paintings and graphic works, paper collages by young artists were amazingly consonant to the performance of young composers – authors of musical works, harmoniously uniting artistic images with melodious sounds of violin, bandura and other musical instruments which are vividly depicted on the children’s drawings.
