On October 8, 2021,
a presentation of a virtual exhibition of works by students of the
Department of Art Education, Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Arts of
the Volodymyr Vinnichenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University
named after Volodymyr Vinnychenko "Open Air Debut" for Artist's Day took
place in the O.O.Osmerkin Art Memorial Museum as part of the museum's
youth art project "New generation".
The initiator of the event is the senior lecturer of the
department Larisa Kulinich - a member of the National Union of Artists
and Masters of Folk Art of Ukraine, laureate of the regional award in
the field of architecture, heraldry and vexillology and decorative and
applied arts named after Yakiv Pauchenko in the nomination "decorative
and applied art". As the curator of the exhibition, she introduced the
authors - 2nd-year students Nika Svatkova, Daria Kosiak and Diana
Samonova, who demonstrated in a virtual format their creative works,
made in the technique of watercolor and pencil drawing during the
educational artistic and creative outdoor practice in June 2021 year in
the village of Vorokhta in Ivano-Frankivsk region. A surprise for all
those present, among whom were fellow students, students of the 1st and
4th years, was the showing of an interesting video film about a trip to
the Carpathians and open-air everyday life accompanied by fiery
Ukrainian melodies, which can be viewed on the university website at the

The director of the museum, Vita Chernova, made a welcome
speech, who presented the head of the department of art education,
candidate of pedagogical sciences Tetyana Stritievich with thanks for
active participation in joint cultural-artistic and
scientific-educational events, arranging art exhibitions of students as
part of the museum art project "New Generation" , which aims to identify
bright and talented personalities in the modern fine arts of Ukraine
among the student artistic youth and provides for the organization of
personal and collective exhibitions, as well as the publication of
thematic booklets with art studies articles and reproductions of
creative works.
And at the end of the creative meeting, Tetyana Stritievich
congratulated everyone on the Artist's Day, thanked the authors of the
exhibition and their curator for the creative presentation, presented
gifts to the winners of the open-air challenge organized by the
department, and invited the students to familiarize themselves with the
exposition of the personal exhibition of the works of the Honored Artist
of Ukraine Nataliya Martyniuk "Graphic Compositions" presented in the
museum " as part of the art project "In the artist's workshop", having
conducted a practical excursion for them with a detailed description of
the technique of making graphic works of the talented Odessa artist. |
